Complaints Procedure

 

 

If you feel you have a complaint, please make it in the following way:

 

1. Discuss the matter with the person directly involved if you feel you can do so. It is always best to resolve matters informally if at all possible. 

2. If it is not possible to do this or you not satisfied with the outcome, then contact management who will do her utmost to resolve the problem. 

3. If you are still dissatisfied, please submit your complaint in writing. We will acknowledge your complaint and contact you to agree how to proceed within 10 working days.

4. If you are still unhappy with the outcome or still have concerns you can write to Ofsted or ring them. The address is:
